The KwaMashu Town Centre (KMTC) project began in 1999. Instagram's recent Video on Instagram has given Twitter's Vine a serious competitor to deal with. One component of this work is case studies of actions taken at the national level. A local authority review is taking place looking at co-locating libraries with children's centres.
